Emmanuel House Dinner
The Social Action Committee asks for your assistance in fulfilling the parish's commitment to provide dinner twice a month at Emmanuel House, an overnight shelter for homeless men and women in Providence.
For the warmer months we will switch it up a bit and be providing a lighter fare. We will serve sandwiches, macaroni salad and chips at the dinner on **Wednesday, June 24th.** In-kind donations of the following items are needed to round out the meal and provide snacks for the next day:
**Bags of soft fresh fruit-citrus, bananas (a favorite), grapes, etc.**
**Single serving snacks-peanut butter or cheese filled crackers, fruit snacks, raisins, soft granola or protein bars, etc. Monetary donations are always welcome!**

Social Action Committee Meeting
The mission of St. Gregory's Social Action Committee is to provide assistance to those who are the most vulnerable within our community. The Committee continues to focus its efforts on Emmanuel House, Children's Friend, the Community Garden and the Refugee Project. The group meets the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. Next date is June 16th. All parishioners are invited to participate and share their thoughts and talents.
