Sundays
Children's Liturgy of the Word
The School of Religious Education is offering for free, the Children's Liturgy of the Word for our parish Children during the 9:00 a.m. Mass. The Children's Liturgy of the Word, (CLOW) is a wonderful time for children ages 4-10 to build their relationship with God in the company of their peers. With the help of a catechist, scripture, faith-based activities, and prayer are used to help the children explore their faith. Look for the banner in the entrance procession during the 9:00 a.m. Mass to confirm that CLOW will take place. Children are called forward by the priest to join their catechist and are dismissed to move to the Kateri Room for the session. The children will return to their family members during the collection.

Consistency is Key
Safe adults who consistently follow the rules and observe healthy boundaries that keep children safe are key to building trust with the children in their care. When you demonstrate healthy boundaries, children are more likely to identify adults who do not follow boundaries. They also learn that they can trust you in difficult situations and can come to you with information about unsafe adults or abuse.
